Procedure
First, a numbing cream will be applied for your comfort. Once the anesthetic has taken effect, injections will be made at strategic points along the lips to provide subtle volume and improve symmetry.
JUVÉDERM® Ultra XC
JUVÉDERM® Ultra XC is a hyaluronic acid filler that can be used to add volume and improve symmetry in the lips.
JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA® XC
JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA® XC is a thinner formula than JUVÉDERM® Ultra XC. Although it is also used to add volume to the lips, the results will be more subtle.
Restylane®
Restylane® has produced a few different formulations of its product to be used for augmenting the lips. The specific formulation used will depend on your needs and desired aesthetic results.
